[dropcap3]En[/dropcap3]These researches have been done ahead of the tv series produced by Method Films designed by Pascal Valdes. I was approached by M6 to think about the animated feature. I worked on it with the help of the talented Annette Marnat on the characters. Thereafter, this idea was put on standby and my job was taken over by Pascal for the series. As for me I preferred to accept the position of artistic director on the feature film Rintaro « Yona Yona Penguin » produced by Madhouse (Japan). A great experience!

J’avais été approché par M6 pour réfléchir au long métrage d’animation. J’ai travaillé dessus avec l’aide de la talentueuse Annette Marnat sur les personnages. Par la suite, cette idée fut mise en stand by et mon travail fut repris par Pascal pour la série. Pour ma part j’avais préféré accepter le poste de directeur artistique sur le long métrage de Rintaro « Yona Yona Penguin » produit par Madhouse (Japon). Une sacrée expérience!
